A ball gown is waiting for a magical evening. An indispensable companion of such a dress is ball gloves. Try to sew them yourself, then they will fit snugly on your arm and will be exactly as long as you would like to see.

Instructions
Step 1
Fold a piece of paper about A4 size lengthwise. Place your hand on this sheet so that your thumb is at the fold. Do not squeeze your fingers tightly, but do not spread them far apart. Trace the outline of the hand with a pencil. At the place of the thumb on the fold of the sheet, mark point A (its upper position) and point B (its lower position)
Step 2
Without unbending the sheet with a pattern, cut the part along the contour. Do not cut the fold. On one side of the glove pattern, draw an oval, connecting points A and B - this is for sewing in the thumb detail. On the fabric, place these details in a mirror - first circle the pattern in one position, and then turn it over to the other side and circle again
Step 3
Make the thumb pattern separately. It looks like this detail in the picture. The length of the CFD line should be equal to the length of the oval you cut out, so that your fingers don't feel cramped when wearing flat gloves, cut a thin strip of fabric about 8-10 millimeters wide. This strip will be sewn in where your fingers touch. What final width it will be, decide on fitting
Step 4
Sew the thumb piece, sew the base of this piece into the main piece. Do not confuse top and bottom and focus on the wrong side and face. Sew a narrow strip between the fingers of the product. Try on a glove and make adjustments as needed. You can sew on the whole strip if your fingers are chubby. With thin fingers, divide it into three parts, the ends of which gradually narrow
Step 5
Sew ballroom gloves with a frequent stitch. Their sockets can be decorated with lace. Choose the decor of the gloves strictly for the dress, the accessory for which they are intended. Rhinestones, sequins, beads, beads, lace - all this should be exactly the same as the decorations on the dress.
