You can crochet almost anything, including flowers. But a beautiful flower arrangement will not be complete without leaves, they will set off and complement your bouquet. There are a lot of options for knitting leaves. Having understood the basic principle of knitting, you can experiment and come up with your own original ways.

It is necessary

  • - hook;
  • - green threads.

Instructions

Step 1

To knit a classic sheet, start with a simple chain of 10 stitches. Then turn the knit and go back to the beginning of the chain. Skip two stitches and knit the next row from the third. Moreover, if you hook the hook on the front or back half-loop, the sheet will turn out to be ribbed, and when knitting both half-loops, the sheet will be smoother.

Step 2

Tying the second row to the end, round it around the end and continue on the other side. As a result, you will get a sharp tip on one side of the sheet, and on the other - a smooth bend, which will become more and more rounded in the future.

Step 3

Without finishing a couple of loops, turn the knitting and knit the third row in a circle. To prevent the leaf from curling, add several loops at the bend, that is, knit two from one half loop. Determine the number of added loops by eye (2-3 loops).

Step 4

In this way, knit three to four rows until the required length of the sheet is reached. At the end, you can add a small stalk, from a chain of loops.

Step 5

Try to knit the sheet in a different way. Cast on a chain of 10 loops, unfold the knitting and tie to the end of the row. Then insert the hook into the hem loop and knit two stitches out of it. Continue knitting on the other side of the sheet for a round shape.

Step 6

When you get to the end of the row, knit two from each hem loop and continue knitting on the other side. This way you will end up with an oval leaf. In order to give ribbing to the edges of the sheet, tie the last row with small “pique” of three air loops.

Step 7

To get a complex sheet, for example, like a raspberry, tie 3-5 sheets with cuttings in the indicated way and combine them into one large sheet.

Step 8

The rowan leaf looks a little different, to knit small leaves, tie a chain of 5-6 loops and then tie it in a circle in a row or two to make an oval. Gather 9-11 leaves together and combine with cuttings (chains of loops).
