The sox game is gaining more and more popularity, the purpose of which is to juggle a small ball without using the hands. You can make your own sock ball because it's easy enough.
It is necessary
- - scissors
- - scales
- - sock
- - scotch tape
- - disposable plastic bag
- - "filling" for the ball. These can be cereals or small metal objects without sharp edges.
Instructions
Step 1
First, we need to decide on the mass of our ball. One and a half hundred grams will be enough for our ball. We take the scales, measure out 150 grams of the filler we have chosen (let it be buckwheat) and pour the filler into a disposable plastic bag, tying it tightly. Now place a bag of buckwheat in a sock, and roll the sock into a roll.
Step 2
So that our sock ball retains its shape and does not fall apart during the game, we will wrap it well with tape, changing the direction of the winding from time to time. Do not get too carried away with winding the tape, otherwise the ball will become too hard and uncomfortable to play. By the way, it is better not to wind the tape right away, but in several separate pieces. Then if our ball gets dirty, it will be enough for us to simply rewind a couple of pieces of scotch tape and wind new and clean ones in their place.
Step 3
As a result, we should get a small ball about 5-6 cm in diameter. And the whole process with the developed skill will take no more than 5 minutes.
