Among all the bears, the most beautiful and unusual is the panda. This bear attracts the eyes with its cute face and its black and white color. However, despite its attractive appearance, it is extremely difficult to find your favorite panda toy in stores. But do not be upset, as you can sew a panda yourself, which any small child will be delighted with. In addition, a stitched bear can be used to make an excellent pincushion.

It is necessary

  • - needle and thread;
  • - stuffing for toys;
  • - black and white fabric;
  • - beads or buttons;
  • - scissors and compasses;
  • - white cardboard and fluffy yarn;
  • - black fur.

Instructions

Step 1

Draw two identical circles on the cardboard using a compass. Make sure that the circle has two diameters: one outer (it should be much larger) and one inner. Cut out the circles, making sure to cut out the inner ring as well.

Step 2

Fold both patterns together and start wrapping them with white yarn. Row evenly until you can completely cover the hole. Cut and secure the thread carefully.

Step 3

Find the templates under the turns and cut the yarn strictly along their edges. Take a separate thread and wrap it around the resulting bundle, carefully laying it between the templates. Tie in a double knot and remove the cardboard blank. Trim the resulting white pompom with scissors so that all the threads are the same length.

Step 4

Cut two identical oblong pieces from the fur. Place them on top of the pompom and sew. Now you have a snow-white pom-pom with black ears. Cut two small oblong ovals out of black fabric and sew them as black circles where the panda's eyes are. Attach white beads on top of the circles - these will be the eyes of your toy. Attach a black bead or button as a nose.

Step 5

Sew four oblong pouches out of black fabric that will serve as paws for your bear. Fill them with padding and cover the edges with blind stitches.

Step 6

Sew the bear's body out of white fabric. Likewise, fill it with the prepared padding and sew the edges.

Step 7

Sew two legs on both sides of the panda's body. After that, carefully attach the panda's head from the side of the front paws.
