Step 1
But what if from these cute prints to make a cute toy - a reindeer? It's fun and brings both toddler and parent closer together. First of all, let's start making the animal's head. To do this, on thick brown paper or cardboard (preferably on the seamy side), draw a pencil around the baby's foot. Cut out the resulting contour. The animal's head is ready.
Step 2
Now it is necessary to create the most remarkable accessory of the reindeer - the beautiful branchy antlers. We take all the same thick paper or cardboard, but already orange in color and, turning it over to the back side, carefully trace the palms of your dear child with a pencil. Carefully cutting them along the contour with scissors, we get pretty horns.
Step 3
The next stage is to attach the horns to the head of the future craft. Use PVA glue or other quality glue for this. Let the baby help you: you, for example, spread the workpiece with glue, and entrust the child to attach it to the base and press it tightly using a napkin.
Step 4
It remains only to endow our wonderful animal with eyes and nose. Both can be drawn directly on the deer's face or cut out of paper and glued. Or you can use the purchased eyes, made specifically for crafts. In general, here your imagination is given freedom.
Step 5
What color and shape will the deer's eyes be? You can, after consulting with the baby, endow the subject of your creativity with blue or brown eyes, make his look sad or playful - it's up to you. m

As a finishing touch, mark the exact age of the child on the back of the craft (for example, 2 years 7 months). After all, the regular production of such wonderful deer will testify to the quantitative changes in your child: an animal grows - it means that the baby grows too!
