Step 1
There are many people who like to sit with a fishing rod on the shore in our country. At any time of the year, in any weather, fishermen are found everywhere. Amateurs and professionals willingly share their fishing and biting secrets. And they also ask each other about the timing of lifting restrictions on mass catching of fish. These restrictions are introduced for the spawning period of various fish species at the time specified for each region separately, depending on climatic conditions and the type of reservoir.

Most fish spawn in the spring and summer. The places chosen by them are strictly guarded by the employees of fishery supervision. The relevant documents, approved by the Federal Agency for Fishery, clearly indicate the list of water areas prohibited for fishermen, the terms of the restrictions in force on them. It also regulates prohibited and permitted fishing equipment.
Step 3
The ban does not apply to float rods, as well as bottom rods and spinning rods of various designs (if the total number of hooks does not exceed 10 pieces per person, but no more than 2 on one rod) used from the shore. The size of the hook is no more than 10. But fishing from a boat, even near the shore, or simply carrying tackle on it during the designated period is not allowed. Not to mention the use of mass catching devices. These rules do not apply to rented reservoirs, the lessee gives permission for catching.

In the Moscow, Tula, Kaluga regions, fishing is allowed from June 10 to October 1, including in the spawning grounds. In the Ivanovo region - from June 5, in the Vladimir region - from May 20, in Ryazan - from June 1, in Tver and Nizhny Novgorod - from June 15. In Tatarstan and Bashkiria, the ban is lifted on June 10, in Saratov - on July 1. As a rule, from October to May, fish go to wintering pits and their rest is strictly guarded.
Step 5
Violation of the established fishing rules, even due to ignorance, is followed by an administrative penalty with a fine of 5-10 minimum salary, determined individually for each region. For particularly gross violations, according to Art. 256, criminal liability may follow, and a fine of up to 200,000 rubles may be charged.
Step 6
All these measures sometimes cause a lot of indignation on the part of fishermen, who unleash their discontent on representatives of the regulatory authorities. At the same time, rarely does anyone think about what the uncontrolled destruction of fish and its offspring leads to, and in what state the water resources will go to the younger generation. It is the duty of every fisherman to maintain balance in nature and not be driven by only personal needs.
