Yegor Druzhinin was born in 1976 and celebrates his birthday on March 12. He could have developed a fairly ordinary career as a dancer. The son of a Leningrad choreographer, under the strict supervision of his parents, was engaged in ballroom dancing, but in the fourth grade, cinema appeared in his life. The boy was brought to the set of "The Adventures of Petrov and Vasechkin, Common and Unbelievable" by his father, who was friends with the director Vladimir Alenikov. Yegor liked the comedy author so much that he easily persuaded him to take his friend Dima Barkov for the role of Petrov. The boys' good relationship was a real success for the film crew, so the film was doomed to success. Work on "Vacation of Petrov and Vasechkin" soon followed, after which Yegor Druzhinin disappeared from the screen for a long time. After leaving school, the young man was accepted to study at the Leningrad State Institute of Theater, Music and Cinematography and then was assigned to serve in the Youth Theater. Soon, Yegor realized that he did not want secondary roles in the drama theater and that he was attracted by the work of a choreographer. At the age of 22, Druzhinin left for America, received a good education there at the prestigious school of Alvin Ailey, and upon his return he was in demand by many famous artists and groups for which he staged dances. In 2002, Yegor was invited as a teacher to the "Star Factory", and this began a new round of his fame. Druzhinin worked a lot as a director of the dance part of various television shows and musicals and as a judge of choreographic television competitions, starred in small roles in several films and TV series, became a director of musical films and performances.

In the personal life of Yegor Druzhinin, there were no high-profile scandals or intrigues. He met his wife and the main love of his life Veronica Itskovich in his youth. The artist's first child, the daughter of Alexander, was conceived in America, but by the time of birth, the family returned to Russia.
