Step 1
Stand up straight. Then, leaning on your left leg, take your right leg back and place it on the toe perpendicular to the floor. In order to better keep your balance, keep a constant distance between your legs. The distance should be such that it is convenient for you to stand in this position.
Step 2
With your left foot, stand firmly on the heel. Then slide it back past your right (slide your foot on the floor) and place it on the toe, transfer the weight to the right heel. At the same time, lower your right leg from the toe to the entire foot. Thus, the legs are reversed.
Step 3
Do the same with the other leg, you will move backward. Add arm movement to create the illusion of walking. Move them in the same way as you move them when walking: the right leg goes back, the left hand goes forward - and vice versa. Keep the body slightly tilted forward, like a person walking forward.
