The St. George ribbon is a symbol of the Great Victory Day; many Russians wear it, tying it to the button of a jacket, shirt or blouse, wrist. However, if you work a little, you can make a pretty cute brooch out of the ribbon, which in the future will not be difficult to easily remove and attach to another outfit.

Step 2

Take one piece of ribbon and place it horizontally in front of you, wrong side up. Hold the right side of the tape, and bend the left side down so that the fold goes exactly in the middle of the tape. As a result, you should get a straight corner.

Step 5

Bend the lower corners of the workpiece to the front of the main fold. Carefully cut the bottom edge and burn it over a candle flame. Gently press the singed cut with your fingers (necessary for gluing). In order not to damage the skin of your hands, you can do this work with gloves.

Step 6

As a result, you should have a "petal" like in the picture. Make four more petals in the same way.

Step 7

Take a previously set aside long piece of St. George's ribbon, cut off its cuts with a corner and burn them over a candle flame. Lay the ribbon horizontally in front of you, then first bend one end of it down at an angle of 45 degrees, then bend its other end down at the same angle (the ends should cross). Glue the resulting part.
