Instructions
Step 1
Remove the mycelium first. These are special roots, from which mushrooms grow. They are purchased in special laboratories, grown independently or dug up in the forest. A little soil and vitamins are added to the previously prepared substrate. But you should not be zealous with fertilizers - nevertheless, they contain chemical trace elements. 10 kg. the mixture is added 300-500 gr. mycelium.
Step 2
The substrate is poured into the bags. They should be tight. The composition is poured into suitable bags, making sure that no air remains in them. Accordingly, they are carefully tightened. They don't have to be hung - just stack them on top of each other. But it is advisable to place the bags so that there is space between them, otherwise air circulation will be disrupted.
Step 3
Place the bags in a dark room while the incubation period continues. It is especially important to keep the area clean during this time. It should be free of debris and flies. When the bags are covered with a kind of white bloom, the incubation period ends. Cuts are made on the sides - mushrooms will sprout through them.
