Very often, after using solid soap, unattractive and seemingly completely unnecessary "remnants" remain. However, with a little imagination, you can make a new scented soap with your own hands. It is ideal for home use, and will also be a wonderful gift for friends for the holidays.

Instructions
Step 1
For liquid soap, prepare remnants, flower waters, and essential oils. Coarsely grate the soap or chop it with a knife, put it in a small saucepan and add water. Leave to brew for half an hour, and then place the container in a water bath.
Step 2
When the soap has dissolved well, remove the pan from the heat and wait for it to cool. Add a teaspoon of glycerin or vodka to it. Using a pipette, add a few drops of essential oils and flower water, stir well. You can add tea tree essential oil to make the soap you make antibacterial.
Step 3
Pour the soap into a clean, sealed dispenser bottle to prevent evaporation and drying out. If lumps remain in the soap, reheat it in a water bath and stir until a homogeneous creamy mass is obtained.
Step 4
To prepare solid soap, use a coarse grater to grind the remnants. Put them in a small plastic bowl and cover with hot water. Cover it with a lid and microwave for 15 seconds. Then take out, mix well and put in the oven again.
Step 5
Repeat this process until the soap is completely melted. Make sure it doesn't boil. Lubricate the prepared soap molds with oil and pour the mixture into them. Silicone muffin tins, cans, or baby grit tins work well for this. Leave the soap on for a few days to dry properly.
