Step 1
There should be no folds on the clothes, otherwise the chevron may be attached unevenly.
Step 2

Step 3
Match the threads to match the chevron. They should be invisible on the embroidery, not too thin, but not coarse either, their main quality should be strength.
Step 4
Sew the chevron on the inside of the garment with small stitches.
