To make a mill you will need: a machine, plywood 50x50 and 30x30 cm in size, four 5x5 cm bars, a saw, metal corners

Step 1
First, you need to draw the plywood crosswise and symmetrically arrange four bars in the corners, stepping back about 10 cm from the corners.
Step 2
Then you should connect the bottom and top of the structure and use metal corners to strengthen it. On this frame of the structure, you need to fill the lining, and saw off the edges with a saw.
Step 3
To make a roof you need:
1. make a frame out of plywood in the form of an isosceles triangle with crosswise joints.
2. A hole can be made in the diameter to accommodate the axle for the blades of the mill. The axle is reinforced with metal corners.
3. For the strength of the roof, you can strengthen its base with a self-tapping screw.
Step 4
For the manufacture of mill blades, you must:
1. Measure the distance from the centerline to the base of the roof, and then grind the block on the machine so that the blades are tilted. You do not need to machine the middle of the block to make the tilt.
The inclination of one blade should be done from the beginning to the middle of the bar, and the inclination of the second blade from the middle to the end of the bar.
The blades for the mill themselves can be made from simple wooden planks, their width depends on the overall size of the mill and the size of the axle. Any metal or plastic sleeve can be used to rotate the blades. The diameter of the hole in the mill must be made 1 mm less than the diameter of the sleeve itself.
Step 5
At the end of the manufacture of the mill, you can make lighting in it. To do this, you need to mount a small flashlight, LED or small light bulb inside the mill.
