It is beautiful: a building of one hundred floors will amaze anyone, even the most stagnant imagination. And, finally, it is prestigious, because the richest countries in the world build skyscrapers in capitals and economically important cities.

Before you start building, learn to be an architect. This is necessary not only in order to create a building that will last not a year or two, but a century or more. If you do not have a good education in architecture and construction, you will simply not be admitted to such a project as building a skyscraper. Too large-scale work, too much money. However, a diploma (even a red one) in hand is not the key to solving problems. You will have to work hard for your project to win the tender for the construction of this or that building. Most likely, the customer is a large company that has the funds to build such a huge building. Most likely, this customer lives either in Moscow or somewhere abroad, since in other cities of our country even the tallest buildings cannot be called skyscrapers, so get ready to move if necessary.
Basically, if you do not hope to conquer Chicago or Los Angeles with your building in the shape of a lotus flower, which rises up five hundred meters, go to the province. There, the thirty-story building will be considered a skyscraper and the best city landmark.

When developing a project, take into account all the details, following not only the requirements of the founders of the tender, but also a simple logic. Strive to provide convenience not only for those who will live or work in this building, but also for the rest of the city's residents: office employees who will contemplate your creation from the windows of a neighboring high-rise, residents of a residential building opposite, to whom your handsome skyscraper can block the sunlight, and even women Lucy, who walks in the area with a dog and who will find it extremely inconvenient to go around the next "iron".
Make sure that the building is thought out from the inside as well. The cladding details are just the tip of the iceberg. You need to make sure that the premises inside the high-rise are located in accordance with whether it is a residential building or an office building. Your task becomes more complicated if, for example, a hotel and a business center are combined in one skyscraper.

In a word, you have a lot of work to do. It will, however, quickly cease if your project does not win, so in the beginning, throw all your creative energy into developing a blueprint. But when construction begins, do not forget to constantly monitor the quality, color, texture of the supplied material. Of course, there are special people who do this and get paid. But if even in one place a mistake is made, the whole thing will go down the drain, won't it?
