Mark the court area. If the place is uneven, level the ground first. Step 2
Build a foundation for the clay court, then cover it with dirt, hardboard, artificial grass or teraflex. The most economical solution is clay, but in winter you won't be able to play on such a court. Hard and teraflex coatings are popular, since the ball rebound on them is much better than on the ground or artificial grass, they are durable and unpretentious.
Step 3
Install tennis racks, they should rise 1, 07 meters above the surface. Depending on the frequency of use of the court, choose wooden or metal, removable or permanent stands. Please note that one of them must be equipped with a mechanism that pulls the mesh.
Step 4
Install the markup. It is best to use segment-type perforated white PVC, which rolls directly into the pavement. But in order to save money, you can simply paint the grass white using a template.
Step 5
Place the net between the posts, it should divide the court into two equal parts. Please note that the height of the net should be 1.07 m, and the length for a single court should be 10.05 m, for a double court - 12.8 m. Make sure that the net is woven from twisted tarred nylon ropes and trimmed with white braid at the top. Insert a metal cable inside the tape, at both ends of which make loops in order to secure the mesh to the racks.
Step 6
Make an anchor in the center of the field, drive a block of wood into the ground, and attach a bracket to it to attach the center tape to it. Sew a buckle to the tape and fasten it like a belt, adjusting its length using the holes. With this device, you can change the height of the tennis net in the center of the court.
Step 7
For a professional court, among other things, fit slopes, a drain, a fence, a backdrop for better visibility of the balls. In addition, post poles with powerful lanterns in each corner of the court.
