A knee-length straight skirt, tapered at the bottom, is always in fashion. Very often, the individual characteristics of the figure make the purchase of such a skirt in a store problematic. It will not be difficult to tailor a pencil skirt by your own measurements. For calculations, you need to take measurements: waist half girth (CT), hip half girth (SB), skirt length (DU) and back waist length (DTS2). How to take measurements correctly can be found in any sewing magazine.
It is necessary
- - a piece of tracing paper (wallpaper or wrapping paper)
- - calculator
- - pencil
- - ruler
- - tape measure.
Instructions
Step 1
Draw a rectangle with vertices T, T1, H, H1. Side TT1 should be leveled SB + 1.5 cm, side TH - the length of the skirt. To find the line of the hips, divide the value of DTS2 by 2 and subtract 2 cm. Set the resulting value from point T down and draw a horizontal line, putting points B and B1. Divide the value of SB by 2 and set aside the resulting figure from points T, B, H to the right, putting points T2, B2, H2. Connect the resulting points with a vertical line. The resulting rectangle will serve as the basis for the back of the skirt.
Step 2
To determine the total solution of the undercuts, subtract the half-girth of the waist CT + 1 cm from the half-girth of the hips SB + 1.5 cm. Be sure to write down the resulting value (SV). To decorate the side line of the CB skirt, divide by 2. Set aside the resulting figure 1/2 from point T2. Draw diagonal lines 2 cm above point B2. Smoothly round the lines under the bulge of the thigh about 1 cm up. Set aside from the point H2 3 cm in both directions and arrange the narrowing of the skirt downwards, not bringing about 10 cm to the thigh line. You just have to draw the back and front grooves.
Step 3
Multiply the segment BB3 by 0, 4. Set aside the resulting value from point B and extend up to the waist line, put point T3. The clearance of the rear undercut is 1/3 of the total undercut (CB). Set aside this value from point T3 in both directions. Draw diagonal lines up to 2cm above point B3.
Step 4
Determine the position of the front undercut by multiplying the length of the segment T2T1 by 0, 4. Set the resulting value from point B1 and extend it up to the line TT1, set point T4. The width of the front groove is 1/6 of the ST. Overlap the desired number on either side of the T4 point. The length of the undercut is 10-12 cm. Draw the sides in a straight line. In the finished drawing, raise the hip angle by 1, 5-2 cm and smoothly arrange the waist line. Circle the main lines and cut out the finished pattern.
