It is so easy and interesting to create different toys from felt! This is a very convenient and easy-to-use material from which you can sew toys, rattles, make cards, use it for appliqués and much more!

- Felt
- Floss threads
- Embroidery needle
- Beads
- Colored fabric
- paper or cardboard, pencil, scissors
- synthetic fluff
Instructions
Step 1
We sketch the future elephant on a piece of paper, cut it out and transfer it to felt. You can find a ready-made pattern on the Internet. Cut out two mirror pieces.
Step 2
We cut out a saddle from fabric of a contrasting color (or from felt of a different color), and eyes from orange felt.
Step 3
Sew on the eyes and mark the legs with floss threads.
Step 4
Decorate the saddle with beads.
Step 5
We make a ponytail. You can use a regular lace by tying a knot at the end. I have woven a ponytail from floss threads of different colors.
Step 6
We sew the toy along the contour with a seam over the edge, gradually stuffing the toy with synthetic fluff or other filler. We also do not forget to sew the tail.
