To prevent the chair from scratching the floor, sew covers from shreds of multi-colored fabric onto its legs. Such a craft will not only extend the life of the flooring, but also decorate your interior!

Such covers will come in handy for those who have chosen household laminate, linoleum, and, of course, parquet as a floor covering.
For crafts you will need:
- multi-colored fabric, - trim to taste (lace, satin ribbon, laces, fabric of a different color), - a piece of artificial or natural leather, - threads in color, - scissors, - pattern paper.
Cover making process:
First, measure the size of the legs of your chairs or armchairs, and also determine the desired height of the cover (it can be arbitrary, but, perhaps, not less than 5 cm).
- To get the same cover as in the photo, make a pattern in the form of a circle, the dimensions of which should be as follows: the radius of the inner circle R2 = the radius of the round in the section of the chair leg or the diagonal of the square, the outer radius R1 = R2 + the height of the finished product.

- Cut a circle out of a piece of fabric with a radius of R1. Treat its edge with a bias tape, zigzag stitch, satin ribbon or braid (well, or just bend the edge and hem with a straight stitch).
If you sewn the hem by hand, in a zigzag or straight stitch on a sewing machine, mask the seam with a frill made of narrow lace.
- Cut a circle of radius R2 out of leather. Sew or glue it to the outside of the product.
- Place the resulting product on the chair leg and fix it on the outside with a ribbon, braid or lace. To prevent the cover from falling off the chair leg, a little glue can be dripped onto its central part.
Make three more of the same covers and dress up the chair!
make the case more comfortable. For example, sew a regular elastic at height (R1-R2) / 2, pulling it up as you sew. Well, to add volume to the case, sew a lining to it.
