It is believed that dreams are the voice of the subconscious, which knows everything. Other sources claim that dreams were sent down to us from above. Even in world religions, night visions are of paramount importance (remember at least Joseph, who interpreted the dreams of the pharaoh). How do you learn to interpret dreams, making them your guides along the path of life?
It is necessary
- - notebook;
- - pencil.
Instructions
Step 1
In order to interpret dreams, it would be a good idea to learn how to memorize them first. During the night, a person sees up to a dozen dreams, but often not one can remember. To remember dreams, keep a notebook and a pencil next to the bed. Immediately after waking up, while the picture has not yet disappeared from memory, quickly fix it on paper in its entirety or choosing a couple of the brightest moments.
Step 2
After the dream is recorded, begin to interpret it. It is not worth interpreting plots in which the mind "chewed" the events of the past day, as well as dreams after alcoholic libations. For the interpretation of sleep, use any of the dream books. For example, Miller's dream book has proven itself well.
Step 3
When interpreting a dream prediction, take into account the day of the week. So, for example, dreams on Monday night are fulfilled exactly for those who were born on this day of the week. "Tuesday" dreams are fulfilled for 10 days, or never come true. Thursday dreams come true 100%, and on Friday night only romantic dreams come true. Saturday dreams are empty, unless they were seen in the morning. Sunday dreams can only be partially fulfilled.
