Among the variety of New Year's toys, a Christmas ball occupies a special place. There is an assumption that an ordinary apple served as its prototype. Instructions
Step 1
Complete the base of the Christmas ball with a simple pencil. To do this, draw a circle of the desired size on paper. If you can't draw it by hand, use a compass. Something that has a rounded shape, such as scotch tape, will also work.

Draw a small trapezoid shape and a tie loop on top. Now apply the image to the finished base. This can be done in a variety of ways.
Step 3
Method one. Sketch in pencil on the inside of the circle. Draw a spruce twig, a snowman, or a fairy house. A strip of geometric ornament in the center or a vintage pattern reminiscent of a frosty glass motif will look beautiful.

Paint the ball and the drawing inside it with paints. Let dry. To top it off, add some shimmer with a glitter paint.

Method two. Paint the circle the color you want. Let the paint dry. Glue over multi-colored rhinestones, sequins or beads in the form of an openwork pattern. For example, in the form of a grid of rhombuses.

To do this, apply glue with thin threads to the painted surface and line the pattern with sparkles. Tie a small bow out of a decorative ribbon. Stick it on the top of your ball, where the fastener is.

Method three. Make a circle template of the size you want from cardboard. Place it on the wrong side of the fabric. Circle, cut. Stick the part onto the paper. It is best to use a plain fabric with a smooth surface.
Step 8
Use the contour paints to apply the pattern to the surface of the fabric. For example, draw a snowflake or a flower. Then draw a circle around the fabric. Your New Year's ball is ready.
