An originally tied bottle can become a vessel for "antique" wine, and an original flower vase, and a mysterious candlestick … It all depends on your imagination! The main thing is that such a bottle will always attract the eye.
It is necessary
Bottles, Titan glue (or Moment Crystal), a glue gun and a bundle of rods to it, sisal rope, linen or paper twine, film (for example, the material used to wrap new household appliances), Iris threads, scissors, soft plain pencil, thin brush, acrylic paints, paper stripes, cloth
Instructions
Step 1
The bottle can be made "rope". First, glue should be applied to it in thin strips from a pistol and the rope should be pressed against the glue for a few seconds. Do not apply glue to a large area: it hardens quickly. Thus, it is necessary to tightly wrap the entire bottle. On the rope layer, you can draw the contours of the drawing with a soft simple pencil. The "Iris" threads should be cut into pieces approximately equal to the lines of the drawing, and additionally into smaller pieces to fill in the irregularities. Then it is recommended to spread the contours thickly with glue and spread the "Iris" on them. It is important that there are no gaps (they must be filled with small scraps). There is no need to apply glue to all the pieces at once: it will dry before you lay out the rope. You can also glue beads and paper decorations to the tied bottle. Twine should be glued to the cork with a pistol until it is immersed in the bottle.
Step 2
The bottle can be made "film". To do this, it is necessary to apply an even thin layer of glue on it.
Fold the strips (about 4 cm wide) in half and wrap them around the bottle. It should be done not very tightly, with light waves and folds to create an imitation of skin. Now you should choose the acrylic paints of the desired color. They are applied to the "dressed" bottle pointwise, evenly painting over the entire surface. The strapped and colored bottle should be left to dry for a few days. Then on top of all layers, you can apply patterns or initials with glitter paint. Wrap the cork with twine (glue it on the glue gun) until it is immersed in the bottle.
Step 3
A bottle tied with paper strips (for example, paper used to seal the cracks in windows, or even ordinary toilet paper!) Turns out to be unusual. By gluing the bottle, you can form a relief rough surface with your fingers. After painting on the bottle, streaks form, smoothly flowing into each other. Cut the black iris into segments approximately equal to the drawn branches, and small pieces to fill in the irregularities.
Thickly spread some of the branches with transparent glue and lay black iris on it. It is important that there are no gaps between the ropes - fill them with smaller pieces. Thus, lay out the entire branch. Do not apply glue to all the sections at once - it will dry out before you lay out the rope.
