Shooting is an ancient art, originating from archers. With the advent of firearms, it took on a new look. Although weapons are not created for peaceful purposes, it is not a rifle that kills, but a person. Therefore, for many people, weapons shoot at a shooting range and only at a shooting range, and shooting is a disciplining and calming sport that, like any sport, requires certain skills and efforts to acquire them.

Instructions

Step 1

Accuracy is the main criterion in shooting sports. Accurate shooting is one of those skills that almost everyone can achieve. Like any skill, accuracy is achieved only through constant training, which requires an investment of time and effort. To achieve good accuracy when shooting, it is necessary to practice several basic skills, such as aiming, correct press of the trigger, various stances and positions for shooting, skills in handling the weapon, including bringing it to alert and adjusting the scope.

Step 2

Strong and sturdy hands, able to hold the weapon firmly at the moment of aiming and firing, is a fundamental stage of preparation. Physical exercise can be done at home using various kinds of equipment, for example, dumbbells, resistance bands, barbell, horizontal bar and others. Attention must be paid to the development of the hands and fingers. Push-ups on the fingers allow you to quickly achieve the desired result. So that training is not in vain, they must be constant and very intense, in the required amount.

Step 3

Learning to shoot directly must begin with aiming. The essence of aiming is that the front sight is exactly in the middle of the reticle slot, and their upper edges are on the same line. After that, the aiming bar is aligned with the lower edge of the target.

Step 4

With long aiming, hands can get tired and attention scattered, as a result of which an inaccurate shot will turn out. The ideal time to aim can be calculated by breathing. When the aiming bar is aligned with the target, three calm breaths are made. The third exhalation should be done in half and the breath should be held. At this moment, the countdown begins in the mind: one, two, three, and so on. Between five and eight, a shot is fired. At the same time, it is ideal to do it in the heart rate interval, that is, immediately after the next heart beat.

Step 5

The correct release of the hook is one of the important criteria for marksmanship. Each weapon has an idle when the hook is triggered. By the time the shot is fired, the idle must be completely passed. The shot is carried out smoothly, but with a noticeable movement of the finger. Idling is different for each weapon, so the trigger must be worked out in advance with an unloaded weapon.

Step 6

When you have mastered the ability to aim and smoothly press the trigger, you need to work out the same in different positions: lying, standing, kneeling, sitting, then more difficult positions at different angles. The main thing is to be able to relax your muscles, as tension can cause tremors.

Step 7

Having a certain skill, you can improve it by shooting, for example, at moving and appearing targets. Knowing how to shoot correctly and accurately, you can learn to shoot quickly. It is also possible to achieve good results earlier with the help of an instructor. The main thing when practicing shooting is to observe safety measures, never point a weapon at a person.
