Zhanar Dugalova is a singer, songwriter, composer and actress who received the title of Honored Worker of Kazakhstan back in 2015. She is active in social and creative activities, is popular and well-known both in her homeland and in Russia.
Biography
Zhanar was born in the town of Kyzylorda in January 1987. Her mother sang on stage almost until the very birth of her daughter, and therefore the girl from an early age also became interested in music, singing and dancing. Before Zhanar was three years old, the family lived in Tallinn, the Estonian capital, and then returned to their native Kazakhstan.
At the age of five, the future singer began to visit the local Palace of Pioneers, where she was actively engaged in pop art and music. By the age of ten, she became the winner, first at the regional, and then at the republican competition called "Anshi balapan", and at the children's festival in 1997 she sang with the Kazakh legend - Rosa Rymbaeva. Even then it became clear that a new unique talent was born on the ancient Kazakh land, a singer who knows how to conquer the audience with pure emotions and a wonderful voice.
At the age of 14, a very young performer performed at numerous singing competitions, almost always winning and delighting the jury. She managed to travel around many countries at this age, conquering listeners wherever she appears - in China, Estonia, Poland, France. From the first grade, the girl wrote poetry, created small pieces of music. All this was useful to her in later life.
Having received secondary education and at the same time graduating from a music school, Zhanar entered the Kazakh Academy of Arts, and graduated from a theater university in Moscow, and with honors.
Career
In 2011, Zhanar starred in the melodrama "Cocktail for a Star 2". This work became an acting debut for the girl. The next year, another film was released where Zhanar was filmed - a film in the genre of adventure fantasy "Sword of Victory", an exciting tale about a Kazakh boy, his amazing find and ancient batyrs. In 2014, the singer and actress began working on the set of the series "Love is always in my heart."
At the age of 25, Dugalova became a member of the popular female group KeshYOU, which won the Best Female Group prize at the EMA-2012 festival. Two years of work in the group became an invaluable experience that helped the girl to build her future. In 2014, Zhanar left the team and took up an exclusively solo career. In addition, she already had a lot of her own lyrics and melodies.
In the same 2014, the singer became the winner of the Turkvision international competition, having received a record number of points. Then she starred in several videos along with famous musicians of Kazakhstan. Her songs are performed by Dilnaz Akhmadieva, Asha Matai and other stars.
2015 was a very productive year for Zhanar. She received the title of Honored Worker of Kazakhstan, starred in the action movie "Racketeer 2: Retribution", tried to get involved in politics by joining the ruling Nur Otan party of Kazakhstan and running for parliament, but did not win the elections.
Currently, she continues to write music and songs not only for herself, but also for other pop stars, tours around the world, loves children and poems very much, and carefully looks after herself. He actively communicates with fans on social networks VKontakte and Instagram. The singer is convinced that everything is ahead of her - both in her career and in her personal life.
