The float rod as fishing gear is suitable even for novice fishermen. However, in order for fishing to be successful, you need to choose the right tackle for the fishing rod and choose the right bait.
It is necessary
- - rod;
- - fishing line;
- - coil;
- - float;
- - sinker;
- - leash.
Instructions
Step 1
Check if your float rod is complete. Its component parts should include: one-piece bamboo, light and resilient rod with guide rings, no more than six meters in length, strong line, single hook, lead lead in the shape of a "spindle" or "stem", a barrel-shaped float, a leash and a reel …
Step 2
Decide what kind of fish you want to catch. The type of fishing rod tackle will depend on this. So, for catching large predatory fish with live bait, choose a large sliding float and a spinning reel, and for a smaller catch - a small reel with a thin line.
Step 3
Prepare your float rod for fishing, attach the bait and cast. To do this, take a rod in your right hand, and a hook in your left hand, swing the rod up and forward sharply, releasing the hook from your hand at the last moment. Make sure that there is no obstacle behind you in this casting method.
Step 4
Use eyeliner to draw the fish's attention to the baited hook. Stretch the line, release after a few seconds. Watch the float carefully so as not to miss the bite. If your fishing rod is on the flyers, after the float twitches, carefully take it in your hands.
Step 5
Do a sweep (a sharp swing of the rod to pull the hook with the fish on it out of the water). If fishing is for small fish with shallow bait, hook immediately after the float wobbles. In the case of potential large prey, it is better to wait for a while, to make sure that the fish has settled on the hook tightly.
Step 6
Pull the fish out (bring it up to you) by winding the line on the reel until it is equal to the length of the rod. Act smoothly, do not make sudden movements. If the fish on the hook is large, give it some time to do a few circles in the water, so it gets tired faster and then you can pull it to the shore. Do not lift large fish into the air, they are heavy, and the line may burst, or the fish will simply break off, cutting off the lip. Just pull the catch to the shore and pull it out with a landing net.
Step 7
At the end of the fishing, remove the rig from the rod. Assemble the rod without rotating its knees so that they do not get stuck. Along the way, wipe the rod with a damp cloth.
