It's time to line. For winter fishing, hair or vein lines are used. This choice is not accidental, since the line should at least help, and not annoy the fisherman with a loss of elasticity and freezing with ice. The length of the line should be from 12 to 15 meters. Deviations up or down are unreasonable. The thickness of your line can be from 0.1 to 0.2 mm and is attached to the tip of the whip with a loop.
Step 3
The bobber for your fishing rod also needs a typically winter one, in other words, your choice will be in favor of a streamlined cylinder or cone. Naturally, it should be light. For this, again, cork, lightweight plastic or tree bark are suitable. Cover your float with bright paint all the way around with the rings. Remember that it can freeze to the resulting ice if kept on the surface. Your goal is to sink it. Take sinkers to help.

The weight of the sinker must be selected so that the float is submerged in water by 2-3 cm. Work hard and find a balance, because simultaneously with the immersion of the float, the line should not be pulled into the string.

Finally, you get to the hook. It must be sharp and very resilient to avoid breaking. Therefore, stand a little longer next to the display of hooks in the store, touch them, bend them. He must bend, but not break. Depending on the attachment, you will also choose the size of the hook: one for the bloodworm, another for the crumb, and the third for the fry. In any case, you have to think.
