Step 1
It is not difficult to assemble a winter fishing rod yourself, but it will save you money. Plus, unlike the manufacturers of ready-made rods, you will build it better knowing that it will belong to you. In this case, ice fishing will be successful for you.
You can assemble a winter fishing rod by following the instructions:
Step 2
Purchase in a specialized store all the parts necessary for assembly, namely, the winter fishing rod itself, a fishing line (choose its thickness yourself), a hook and a small lead made of lead. Do not buy a float, you can make it at home for free.
Step 3
For a winter float, find some hard foam.
Cut a bar from the foam, the internal section of which corresponds to a size of 1.5x1.5 cm. Cut out blanks from the bar, the length of which should be 2-2.5 cm.
Sand each piece by coneing it and sanding it off with sandpaper.
Step 4
Find and straighten regular paper clips to secure the cambric to the float. Make the top of the fastener, which will be inside the float, slightly shorter than the bottom.
Step 5
Pierce the bottom of the float with fasteners, pull it out, grease it with glue, and then re-insert it into the float into the same hole.
Step 6
Make the cambrics themselves from dielectric matter, braiding wires with a cross section of 0.75-2 squares. Each cambric must be no longer than 1 cm.
Make one of two cambric - a sliding cambric. This can be done using regular thread and Moment glue.
Step 7
Collect all the prepared tackle in a certain sequence:
- wind the fishing line onto the spool.
- pass the cambric through the end of the line.
- insert the float.
- tie a hook.
- Place a sinker 5-8 cm higher from the hook.
- check the required weight of the sinker by lowering the fishing rod into the bathroom with water. The sinker should only slightly sink the float.
