It is better to draw traces on a large sheet so that there is room to turn around. Start drawing from the footprints of the animals and birds you see most often. The footprints of cats, dogs and various birds can be seen on a walk. Consider them carefully.
Step 2
Draw a bird footprint. Dip your finger in the paint and draw a vertical line from bottom to top. Start painting with a little pressure. Increase the pressure gradually towards the center, then loosen it again so that the top of the track is sharp. From about the middle, draw two diverging "branches" on one side and the other of the center line. "Branches" are located at an acute angle to each other.
Step 3
Draw several variations of the bird's footprint. The crow's tracks are large, and the sparrow's tracks are very small, you can draw them with your little finger or invite your child to try.
Step 4
To paint the dog's tracks, dip the bottom of your hand in the paint. Make a print. Then dip the phalanx of your thumb in the paint and make 4 oval prints at the top of the track, almost touching each other. Dip the tip of your little finger in the paint and make a claw print over each dog's "finger".
Step 5
Draw the footprints of the cat. Make a fist and dip the side of the fist in the paint on the pinky side. Make a print. On the side where the bone above the little finger is imprinted, use your thumb to print the cat's “fingers”. The cat hides its claws when walking, so you do not need to draw them.
Step 6
For the mouse trail, make a horizontal thumbprint. Make 4 fingerprints over its upper part with the phalanx of the little finger. Draw a claw above each finger with the tip of the little finger.
Step 7
You can also make traces of those animals that you rarely meet in the city. In order to draw the tracks of a raccoon, ask the child to dip his entire palm in the paint. Then you need to spread your fingers as wide as possible and make a print with your whole hand.
Step 8
To draw bunny tracks, put all your fingertips together, much like you would take a pinch of salt. Only the fingers should be all together, including the little finger. Dip your thumb and forefinger into the paint and make a horizontal print.
