Despite the fact that the sunset is a purely physical phenomenon, it has stunning beauty and energy. Thanks to these properties, it has become a favorite subject for novice landscape painters.

Instructions
Step 1
Draw a horizontal line just below the middle of the sheet. It will mark the horizon. Make this line a little wider and then blend it. Draw the sun in a large semicircle above the horizon. Paint over it with yellow paint. Then tint the bottom of the semicircle slightly with a light orange tint.
Step 2
Draw the reflection of the sun. To do this, draw an elongated semicircle with a wavy edge below the horizon line. Paint it yellow. After that add horizontal orange lines from the middle of the reflection to its top edge. Each time draw the lines closer to each other. At the top, they should merge together.
Step 3
Then paint over the sky with a bright orange. Using light orange paint, paint in subtle blurry clouds. Paint the water a crimson-red hue. Finally, add the black silhouette of the sailboat and its reflection.
Step 4
You can draw a landscape with the sun almost falling below the horizon as follows. Determine the location of the horizon on a piece of paper. Sketch the silhouette of the distant rocky shore. Draw the line of the coast thinner in the middle. The shore reflection should be a little blurry. Paint over the silhouette with black paint.
Step 5
Then draw a semicircle in the middle of the leaf above the silhouette of the distant shore. Paint it with dark pink paint. Tint the upper edge of the solar semicircle with a peach shade. Draw a second semicircle down from the shoreline. He has to mirror the sun. Make the reflection a light orange and blend it a little.
Step 6
Then using the yellow paint, draw two curved stripes above the sun and below its reflection. Your drawing should remotely resemble an eye, in which the sun plays the role of the pupil, and the yellow arches play the role of the eyelids.
Step 7
Next, draw two orange stripes next to the yellow ones. And after orange - blue. Fill the remaining space with dark blue paint. Feather the previously painted stripes. Finish the drawing by adding the silhouettes of two palm trees. Place them around the edges of the image.
