Step 1
Take paper, which must be very thin and, moreover, strong enough. To create this very simple whistle, for example, a piece of paper from a candy, packaging from other products is suitable. Please note that such material should not stretch.
Step 2
Squeeze the edges of the paper tightly with both hands between your index and thumbs. Pull the wrapper or paper tightly. Bring it to your mouth and blow. If the whistle does not work right away, then try to change the position of the lips several times and experiment with the tension of the piece of paper. As a result, you will definitely find a suitable option. If the sound is not too loud, then thoroughly wet your lips with water and try blowing again. This is the simplest version of a paper whistle.
Step 3
You can also make a festive version of such a "tool" out of paper. To do this, take a plastic whistle with a wide opening on the side opposite to the one you are whistling into. Check if the air flows well in the middle - it is important that the air flow can easily unfold the paper that you attach to the base. Find the right piece of paper - it should be thick and thin enough paper that can withstand the constant process of unfolding and folding. For example, a material identical to that from which candy wrappers are made is suitable. It is desirable that it be bright and colorful enough, because you are making a whistle for use at a holiday or party.
Step 4
Make a tube out of paper with a diameter similar to the diameter of the whistle and about 15 centimeters long. Glue it together and wait until it dries well. Place the straw on the plastic base and attach it with transparent tape. Roll into a "snail" until the whistle. When whistling, such a tube will unfold.
