Alexandra Almazova is the permanent leader of the famous Petersburg band Non Cadenza, performing African soul jazz. She is the owner of a unique voice, charming appearance and an enviable mind.
Biography
Alexandra was born in 1986 in Leningrad. The girl's father, Boris Almazov, is a well-known bard and writer in his circles, and her mother is a teacher, doctor of sciences. Alexandra also has a brother, Bogdan. From birth, parents developed creative and mental abilities in their children. Already at the age of 5, Sasha showed an ear for music, and her parents sent her to a music school in the direction of the piano, and Alexandra also sang in the choir.
In 1994, Alexandra Almazova entered a good school, famous for the in-depth study of foreign languages, therefore, in parallel with her music lessons, she began to study foreign languages, as well as go to the choreography section at the school. In the seventh grade, Sasha wins an international literary competition, the reward is a trip to Scotland to take an English-language course in literature. In high school, Alexandra participates in all school activities: plays in the theater, sings romances at evenings, dances.
In 2000, the girl graduates from music school, but continues to study music, she develops her abilities in the direction of the jazz style under the guidance of her former teacher from the school. In 2004, together with his friend Sasha, he created the musical group Non Cadenza. The ensemble's repertoire includes poems and music by Alexandra Almazova, they also perform covers of popular groups, various jazz standards. At the same time, Alexandra not only sings in the group, but also accompanies herself on the piano.
For several years, the group has successfully performed at various festivals and concerts, released singles, recorded albums. Non Cadenza has even received several awards and accolades in the music industry. In 2014, the group went on vacation, but did not cease to exist. In 2017, a new, third in a row, album of the group was released.
Alexandra Almazova has a higher education: she graduated from the St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University with honors as a linguist-translator. Then she completed her postgraduate studies and received the degree of candidate of pedagogical sciences. To this day, the girl works as a teacher at her home university.
Personal life
In September 2014, the singer got married. Now she has two children - daughter Alexandrina, born in 2014, and son Demyan, who was born in 2017. After marriage, Alexandra took the double surname of Almazov-Ilyin. The singer is an active user of social networks, where she posts news about herself and her family. So, about the birth of children, Sasha notified her fans through the Instagram network.
Despite the presence of two small children, Alexandra continues to engage in creativity: she performs at concerts, records singles and leads an active lifestyle.
