Instructions

Step 1

Digital photography offers tremendous opportunities. There are also many programs that make it possible to create different types of panoramas: horizontal, spherical, vertical. Start by preparing your camera. If your camera has a panorama mode, your task is easier. If not, don't despair.

Step 2

Turn on semi-automatic mode. This mode is used to determine exposure. Point the camera at the subject you want to photograph. When shooting, note the aperture and shutter speed that will be displayed on the screen. Creating a panorama requires constant values. Otherwise, you will have to adjust colors, lighting and contrast with Photoshop. After you determine the exposure and memorize the values, switch to manual mode. Enter the shutter speed and aperture values obtained earlier.

Step 3

For successful merging of images in the program, it is necessary that the frames coincide by at least 25 percent. So, take a photo of everything you need. This completes the work with the camera. Then go to the program with which you will create a panorama.

Step 4

Consider the PTGui v. 8.3.7. pro. It is easy to use, so if you took the pictures correctly, you can glue them together in three easy steps. Open the program. You will see the line "Load Images …". Click on it and select photos. Click on the "Align Images …" button. The program will automatically detect the merge points. This is exactly the same 25 percent that you left when shooting. Also, automatically, the program will select the points to merge. In most cases, everything goes smoothly, the panorama is created automatically.

Step 5

After the merge, the Panorama Editor window will appear. Use the sliders to resize the image. Return to the first window and click on the "Create Panorama …" button. Choose a storage location and click create panorama. Everything is simple and easy. Open up and admire.
