A bright sunny elegant flower, very familiar to everyone from childhood, will decorate the hairstyle of any little fashionista.
It is necessary

- - green felt in two shades;
- - stationery knife;
- - hot glue gun;
- - 2 metal hair clips;
- - scissors;
- - sewing machine;
- - a needle;
- - threads.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare an 8 * 30 cm blank out of yellow felt. Fold the strip in half lengthwise and draw a line with a pencil at a distance of 0.5-0.7 cm from the edge.
Step 2
Machine-stitch or sew by hand over the basting.
Step 3
Use scissors to make transverse cuts along the entire length of the track at a distance of 2-3 mm from each other. But it should be borne in mind that the cuts should be at a distance of up to 2 mm before the line.
Step 4
Roll the strip into a tight roll, gradually gluing with a hot glue gun along the seam line.
Step 5
Cut the loops to create a fluffy dandelion.
Step 6
On a hard backing, cut off the glued thickness of the allowance with a sharp knife, leaving 1-1.5 mm to the line. Draw 2 dandelion leaves on paper. Transfer the patterns to dark green felt, cut out.
Step 7
Place a piece of light green felt under the dark sheet and use a typewriter (or hand) to sew the two pieces together along the midline and veins.
Step 8
For a more interesting result, you can make one larger piece of paper, and the other smaller. In this case, cut off the light green felt along the contour of the leaf stitched on it with a small allowance (1-1.5 mm).
Step 9
Make a second green leaf in the same way.
Step 10
Attach the greenery to the base of the flower with a glue gun. Prepare a circle of yellow felt equal to the diameter of the base of the dandelion and cover the junction of the flower with the leaves with it.
Step 11
Glue on a metal hair clip.
