It is necessary

  • A bottle of homemade wine, or a blank glass vase, or a glass vase.
  • Stained glass paints Gamma set.
  • The outline is golden.
  • Cotton pad.
  • Acetone.
  • The outline of the drawing. Given that vases are often round or other non-formatted outlines, a fabric with a pattern of even outlines may be suitable.

Instructions

Step 1

First you need to clean the surface of the vase. Depending on the contamination, different means are used, but it is undesirable to leave scratches on the glass surface. If you can draw the drawing yourself, this will be the best option. You can do this with a regular felt-tip pen, but not a dark one. Incorrect lines are removed with acetone, applied to cotton wool or soft cloth.

Step 2

In the second step, a contour is used. This is a paint produced in a tube. Gold will do, but if you can't find one, you can take a bronze one. Draw the line carefully, the outline should appear voluminous and resemble a wire. With the help of a contour, you need to carefully circle the drawing, or draw your own. If you know how to draw the simplest elements - try to create a stained glass window yourself, the effect may turn out to be better than you expected. Then let the circuit dry.

Step 3

Now we need to apply stained glass paints. Even in a minimal set, there are all suitable colors for the simplest composition. It is not difficult to use stained glass paint, but it is transparent, and if you took paint for beginners, it can curl up, form ugly smudges, so you need to evenly squeeze it out of the tube and place it with its tip over the fragment, painting it over.

Step 4

After applying the first layer, immediately paint over the nearest fragment, make sure that the paint is evenly distributed. After drying, you need to apply another layer. But the paint must dry completely, otherwise it will not adhere to the surface of the vase. The second coat should be applied carefully, without scratching the first one. The vase is ready.
