Instructions
Step 1
Cut 6 ribbons into polka dots from ribbons, 8 into stripes and 16 into a box. The length of each is 25 cm. We cut out a square 26 by 26 cm from the non-woven fabric and attach ribbons to it with needles in this order: in a box, in a strip, in a box, in polka dots, etc.
Step 2
We start weaving. We start the checkered tape under the first strip, and then alternate "under two - over two". We fix it with needles. The second line: we start the striped tape alternating "under one - over one". Third line: checkered ribbon "over two - under two". The fourth line: the dotted ribbon runs first over the first strip, then under the second, and then we alternate "over three - under one". And in this way we intertwine all the ribbons, repeating the pattern from the first line to the fourth until the very end. We fasten all lines with needles.
Step 3
When everything is ready, cover the captivity with gauze and iron it with a hot iron so that the non-woven fabric sticks well. To fix the ribbons, you need to sew a zig-zag seam between them on a typewriter. So that the weaving does not deform, it is better to start stitching from its middle to the edge.
Step 4
Now we sew the resulting canvas with a linen cloth of the same size. We leave the hole, turn it out, fill it with padding polyester, close the hole with a blind seam. On the center of the pillow we sew a tape with polka dots about 50 cm long in the form of a loop with long ends.
Step 5
We make loops in the form of an infinity sign from two identical pieces of tape with polka dots and sew on the pillow.
Step 6
Then we take a wide ribbon, sew its ends, collect along the edge on a thread and tighten. Sew the resulting flower onto the pillow, decorate the middle with a button. The pillow is ready!
