The Tilda doll was invented by a Norwegian craftswoman - Tony Finnanger. This girl began to sell her invention all over the world, attracting people with an unusual kind of dolls. Thousands of needlewomen were charged with the idea of creating toys, which, as it turned out, are quite easy to sew at home.

It is necessary

  • - doll pattern;
  • - flesh-colored cotton;
  • - colored cotton;
  • - threads;
  • - needle;
  • - scissors;
  • - a piece of chalk;
  • - table;
  • - spoke;
  • - wool;
  • - blush;
  • - cotton swab;
  • - paper;
  • - pencil;
  • - holofiber;
  • - textile glue.

Instructions

Step 1

Take the paper, put it on the table. Outline the pattern and cut along the outline. Spread out the flesh-colored fabric and transfer the pattern to it. Connect the resulting parts of the future doll together around the perimeter and sew, leaving one side not sewn up.

Step 2

Lubricate all seams with glue so that the filler does not come out. Let the product dry. Turn the stitched parts inside out using a knitting needle.

Step 3

Prepare holofiber, fill the doll with it with a knitting needle. To keep the legs in shape, insert a frame made of thick copper wire bent into an arc inside them.

Step 4

Connect all parts carefully together. This is best done by hand and blindfold. Cut and sew a dress out of colored fabric, put it on the doll and gather it around the neck with a satin ribbon.

Step 5

Use thin yarn to make hair, make the doll's hair and sew it to the head. Dip a thick needle in black paint and carefully draw two beady eyes on the doll's face. Use a cotton swab to apply blush to the cheeks of the product. Make a crown as you wish, add accessories.
