Rhinestones, sequins, beads, a sheet of paper, pencil, alcohol, superglue, nail polish with a regular and thin brush of different colors, braid, cord, double-sided tape, fur, leather, nylon stocking, needle, thread, cotton swabs, permanent marker
Instructions
Step 1
Take rhinestones, sequins, beads and make a preliminary drawing or ornament out of them on a piece of paper. Wipe the part of the boot that will be decorated with alcohol or any alcohol-containing solution. Do this to better bond the surface of the boot to the decor.
Step 2
Draw a sketch on the boot with a thin pencil. Start by applying glue to a small area of your design. Attach the necessary decorative elements to this place. If the drawing is large, continue to fill it piece by piece. Complete the composition with light monograms painted with nail polish (with a thin brush). Do not use skates for two to three days, allowing the glue to dry better.
Step 3
Decorating with braid and cord. Mark the drawing with a pencil. Take double-sided tape and stick it on one of the lines of the pre-printed design. Glue the tape to the double-sided tape. Gradually glue the rest of the tape or cord in short lines. Complete the composition with pieces of fur or leather - it is better to glue them on.
Step 4
Another option for decorating skates. Put on the boot a part of the nylon stocking so that the upper part can be tucked into the boot, and the lower part can be cut and fastened under the boot with a needle and thread. Sew sequins, beads, rhinestones, braid, etc. to the stocking. This decor option will allow you to add or change decorations at any time and thereby create new artistic masterpieces.
Step 5
Take some bottles of nail polish. It is better if among them there are varnishes with a thin brush designed for painting manicure. Prepare a sketch or create a sketch ad hoc. Pick up the varnish on a cotton swab and draw large elements of the picture with a jabbing motion. Paint the finer details with varnish with a regular brush. Apply miniature lines with the thinnest brush. Take a permanent marker and add a few more strokes to enrich the decor. Decorate the composition with rhinestones glued to the glue.
