In order to make the face of a textile doll, mark the places for sewing eyes and sew buttons, ready-made plastic eyes or beads there.

The nose for a textile doll can be glued or sewn on ready-made, and you can also make an applique or draw it with a thin marker. The mouth of the textile doll looks good with a neat curved seam.
Step 3
A textile doll made of nylon gives more room for imagination - with the help of a thread and a needle, you can give it, like a sculpture, any head shape and any facial expression.
Step 4
Pay special attention to the eyes in shaping the doll's face - a lot depends on their color, shape and expression. In a polymer plastic doll, the eyes are fixed in the head during the molding process. Next, you just have to add eyebrows and eyelashes, and then finalize the doll.
Step 5
Also, the doll's eyes can be painted - for example, if it is textile. For dolls made of polymer plastic, they also paint their eyes from time to time, instead of making them ready-made. Use suitable acrylic paints for painting.
Step 6
Draw the main outline of the eyes with a thin brush. Mark the pointed corners of the eyes and smooth out the upper eyelid. Draw out the outlines of the pupils and sketch out the outer part of the eyelids. Paint over the pupils and don't forget about the glare to make them look real.
Step 7
Apply white silver paint to the inside of the upper eyelid and the corners of the eyes. Correct the volume and depth of the eyes with black outlines. Then draw the eyebrows and dry the paint. Soften sharp lines with matte paint.
