Instructions
Step 1
Prepare your workplace. Make sure the tools are safe, lay a cover on the table. You can also wear gloves.
Step 2

Step 3
Fill the jar almost to the rim with distilled water. Add some glycerin and glitter. Screw the cap back on tightly.
Step 4
