A diamond is a diamond cut with a special method that enhances the brilliance and beauty of the stone. Everyone knows about the sparkling of diamonds, at least they have heard a lot. How to draw a diamond on paper, conveying all its beauty and radiance?

Instructions
Step 1
Draw the outline of the diamond. To do this, draw a horizontal line just below the middle of the sheet. Draw another straight line from its left border point so that the resulting inner corner is slightly more than 90˚.
Step 2
Now connect the free ends of the straight line segments - get an inverted triangle. At a short distance from the base of the triangle, draw a parallel line, the length of which should be slightly less than the length of the side of the figure. Connect the extreme points of the line and the base of the shape with straight strokes.
Step 3
Draw the facets of the diamond. Divide the inverted triangle into three equal parts - draw straight lines from the top to the base. Divide the side faces in half again with lines parallel to the outer walls of the large triangle.
Step 4
Divide the middle part in half with a segment already parallel to the base of the triangle. Divide the part closer to the base in a chaotic manner with quadrangles of approximately the same size, which should be located vertically relative to the part to be divided.
Step 5
Divide the top of the diamond into facets. Determine the midpoint of the base of the large triangle. This point will be the apex of the right angle formed by two lines located at the top of the stone. Each end point of the sides of the corner will be the vertex of the next right angles, etc. Now conditionally divide all the corners, or rather right-angled triangles, into geometric shapes with corners. Arrange them in a chaotic manner.
Step 6
Paint on the diamond. First, use a piece of foam rubber dipped in light blue paint to make the general background of the stone. Then darken the lower half of the middle part of the triangle - go over with blue paint diluted with water. Paint a wide line across the top half of the middle edge in bright white.
Step 7
Make the top of the diamond lighter. Among the white sketches, clearly highlight the boundaries of the shapes with light blue shades. With dark paint, go over the base of the large triangle and paint small spots here and there - small figures.
The diamond is ready.
