Diamond embroidery is a new way of needlework. This embroidery technique is called differently: diamond mosaic, diamond painting, stone embroidery. This hobby came to us from the East and is successfully gaining interest among needlewomen. The diamond mosaic will captivate both girls and men and children.
It is necessary
- - canvas-diagram with an adhesive layer
- - special rhinestones (each color in a separate bag)
- - plastic saucer
- - tweezers
- - white pencil for small details
Instructions
Step 1
Unpack the kit. Spread the canvas in front of you. You should also have small scissors, rhinestones at hand, for rhinestones it is convenient to have a plastic saucer, ideally a container with 10-15 small cells for rhinestones, tweezers.
Step 2
A protective film is glued to the canvas with the image on top. Do not under any circumstances tear it off from the whole image. Pick up the film from the edge, revealing the legend slightly. It is advisable to open as many canvases as you master at a given time, gradually open and fill the canvas with rhinestones. If the open part of the canvas is ready, you can cut off the extra piece of film with small knives.
Step 3
When you have opened the film a little, start laying out rhinestones right away. On the bags with rhinestones, color conventions are indicated, which coincide with the designations on the canvas. Open the film and use tweezers to spread the rhinestones on the canvas. The rhinestones should fit snugly together.
When part of the image is ready (palm-sized), you need to take a flat-bottomed jar, put it on the rhinestones and press a little so that the rhinestones are attached to the canvas more tightly.
Step 4
And so, step by step, open the film, lay out the rhinestones, press down, cut off the excess film.
When all the steps are done, you will have a canvas with a beautiful pattern in front of you, which you can frame and hang on the wall or give to friends.
