Brushes can be made from a wide variety of threads. The length of the finished brush is approximately 8 cm.
It is necessary
- - a piece of thick cardboard measuring 8 * 12 cm;
- - 1 ball of yarn for knitting in the color of a harsh fabric;
- - thick needle with a wide eye;
- - scissors.
Instructions
Step 1
Wrap the thread 150 times around a piece of cardboard from the 8 cm side and cut the thread from the ball.
Step 2
Insert another 50 cm thread into the needle and pass it under the wrapped yarn around the cardboard. Pull the thread out of the needle, tie the thread over the wound with a strong knot.
Step 3
Remove the brush from the cardboard and tie the yarn with another knot, 2-5 cm above the first knot, wrapping it with a thread about 1 m long. Hide the end of the thread in the resulting "skirt".
Step 4
Use scissors to cut the loops at the end where there is no knot and trim the threads. Straighten the kinks and beat the skirt by holding the brush over boiling water for about 30 seconds.
