Instructions
Step 1
In order to make a do-it-yourself card with flowers from silk ribbons, we will take a small sheet of white cardboard or thick paper, a decoupage napkin and a roll of cling film. Put a piece of film on the cardboard, then a napkin, cover it with a sheet of white thin paper and iron it several times with a hot iron. The napkin should stick tightly to the cardboard. Apply acrylic varnish on the resulting picture.
Step 2
With curly scissors for paper, we will arrange the cardboard with a napkin on all sides. We will glue it with a glue gun on a blank for a postcard. We draw leaves, stems and an inscription with the contour for the fabric of green pearlescent color. With a pink outline, draw dots that imitate flowers.
Step 3
For the next step, we need silk flowers. They can be made from silk ribbons yourself, or purchased from a sewing or craft store. We attach them to the postcard and choose a successful composition. We glue the flowers to the postcard. We decorate with braid, which we also decorate with a flower.
