Drawing any type of weapon must begin with the image of the main details. Various geometric shapes are used to facilitate this task. Small details and shading are applied last. In the work, it is important to observe the proportionality of all elements and the correctness of their location in relation to each other.
It is necessary
Pencil, paper, photo of the weapon model or real mock-up, description of the weapon
Instructions
Step 1
Mentally break the weapon model into basic elements: handle, frame, bolt, butt, and so on. Draw them using a variety of geometric shapes - rectangles, triangles, circles, ovals. At the same time, observe the exact proportions and angles of inclination of the elements in relation to each other.
Step 2
Draw the real shapes of all parts of the weapon based on geometric shapes. Draw small auxiliary elements. Draw a single line around the outer and inner contours of the drawing.
Step 3
With the help of painting, shading, applying light and shade, give a realistic look to the drawn skeleton of a weapon. Highlight priority details.
