The fabric panel is a good old classic. Recently, it has become very popular to decorate the walls of your apartment with similar decorative elements. You can buy panels in many stores, but if you want to see a unique work of art in your interior, then try to make the panel yourself, using a wooden frame and fabric as a basis.
It is necessary
- - canvas or burlap;
- - a sheet of cardboard;
- - scissors;
- - Super glue;
- - fabric trimming (multi-colored);
- - pencil.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, take a sheet of thick cardboard and cut out a rectangle with sides of 30 and 40 centimeters.
Step 2
Spread a canvas cloth in front of you and place the resulting piece on it. On each side of the cardboard rectangle on the fabric, make allowances of five to seven centimeters and cut neatly.
Step 3
Glue the cut-out piece of fabric to the cardboard with the right side up, by carefully wrapping the fabric allowances on the wrong side of the cardboard and gluing them as well. The basis of the panel is ready.
Step 4
Take a piece of brown or gray fabric, place your hand on it, trace with a pencil and cut. In the future, this detail will be the tree trunk on the panel.
Step 5
Draw on the fabric in brighter colors, for example, green, emerald, light green, yellow, etc., shapes that resemble the leaves of a tree with sizes no more than four by two centimeters. Cut the details. Make at least 70 leaves in this way.
Step 6
Put the base of the panel in front of you, placing it vertically, and form the crown of the tree from the fabric leaves, placing the details in the upper part of the panel in the form of a "hat". Glue each "leaf" with glue.
Step 7
Once the crown is ready, glue the tree trunk made from the brown fabric earlier onto the panel. Glue the piece so that the "branches" are on top of the crown leaves. The fabric panel is ready.
