Baubles woven from floss can complement an outfit in almost any style. Such jewelry is worn even with strict suits - the main thing is to choose the right color. You can make a bracelet with your own hands, in which one shade prevails or mixed with a dozen colors - for all occasions and styles of clothing. To do this, you need to master only four main knots, on the basis of which the whole variety of fennec foxes from floss is created.

Instructions

Step 1

Pick up yarns for weaving. Their number is indicated in the diagram for each bauble. For oblique weaving, you need pieces of the same length (about 1 m), for straight weaving, one thread should be about twice as long as the rest.

Step 2

Divide the entire strand of thread into three parts and braid a braid about 5 cm long from them. Then divide the mass into 2 parts and braid a 2 cm long braid from each. Pin the workpiece to a fixed base with a pin.

Step 3

At the initial stage of training, it is better to weave baubles according to ready-made patterns. Each node is marked on them. The arrow to the left downwards indicates a knot, for weaving which the right thread must be put on the left one, drag the end of the right thread into the resulting loop. Then return the right thread to its original place and tie another similar knot. An arrow pointing down to the right indicates a knot, which is created in the same way, but using the left thread. If the arrow on the diagram is bent at an angle and directed to the left, you will need to make the first knot according to the second scheme described above. Then tie the threads according to the first described scheme. If the curved arrow points to the right, the alternation of these two knots needs to be reversed.

Step 4

The main methods of weaving from floss are straight and oblique. Straight weave is created using one thread - the far left. It should be the longest. In accordance with the scheme, braid each thread with it in turn, then also type the second row, moving from right to left, the third row from left to right, etc.

Step 5

When creating an oblique bracelet, make the first row as in the previous diagram. Just try to place each next knot slightly lower than the previous one. When you reach the end of the first row, leave the "leading" thread in place, take the leftmost thread and weave the second row from left to right, repeating the pattern of the first row. You can also weave a bauble, weaving the threads in pairs, i.e. tying a knot with the first thread on the left, then take the third thread on the left.

Step 6

When the bracelet is long enough, make a second piece of the clasp. Divide the entire mass of threads into 2 parts, weave 2 cm of braids from each, then connect all the threads into one pigtail. Insert the end of the bracelet into the space between the two braids on the opposite side of the fennel. Then tie a knot at the end. This way you can adjust the width of the bauble without undoing it.
