Step 1

Fold the denim with the right side inward and attach the pattern. Circle it with chalk and cut it out, leaving 1, 5 cm on all cuts for the seams and 2 cm for the hem at the bottom of the legs. Cut out the details for the burlap pockets from the lining fabric.
Step 3
Denim is very dense, so attach a # 100 needle to the machine when sewing. now proceed directly to sewing. First you need to sew the front of the shorts. Finish the edges of the burlap. Attach the piping to the front of the front piece at the entrance to the pocket and stitch, pulling the fabric slightly. In the places of the rounding, undercut the hem and the main fabric to the seam.
Step 4
Turn the pocket opening allowance together with the piping to the wrong side. Fold in the hem and baste it. On the front side, sew a double decorative stitching for the pocket entrance using the special double stitch foot. Align the pocket entry marks and sew on the second burlap piece.
Step 5
Baste the metal zipper and finish the codpiece. Sew the step seam with a double stitch.
Step 6
Usually denim shorts are decorated with a yoke at the back. Align this piece with the back half. Stitch, overlock the seam. Straighten the part, iron it so that the seam is directed upwards. Sew on the right side with a double stitch with decorative threads.
Step 7
To keep the back pockets in shape, glue a small strip of non-woven fabric along the top cut and overlap it. Attach a paper template to the wrong side of the part, fold in the allowances and iron them carefully. Use tailor's needles to attach the pockets to the back halves of the shorts and sew with double decorative stitching. At the corners of the pockets, attach the blocks using a special tool.
Step 8
Sweep the crotch and side seams and try on. Correct the fit of the product on the figure and sew the allowances on the typewriter, then process them on the overlock, iron and put a decorative stitch on the front side.
Step 9
Sew on the belt. Fit the jeans button and cut the buttonhole. Tuck the bottom cuts of the shorts 2 times, first by 2 mm, and then by 1 - 1, 5 cm and sew close to the edge.
