The control panel makes it much easier to work with many devices, such as a TV, home theater, DVD player. Professional and semi-professional cameras can also be equipped with control panels, but such remotes are very expensive. However, it is possible to make such a device and it will cost almost nothing.

Instructions

Step 1

Let's take a regular keychain flashlight. Having disassembled the flashlight, we will come across a contact closure circuit operated by forward and backward buttons. We cut off all the elements we do not need from the bottom part, glue 2 contacts. One to the bottom, the second to the "curb". The first contact will take over the focusing function, and the second will be responsible for the full release.

Step 2

We attach a spring and a small plate to the power button. The spring should not reach the plate in the not pressed position.

Step 3

We solder both contacts together. When you press the button, the spring will come into contact with the bottom contact, and focusing will occur, and additional rigidity will also appear. By pressing the button all the way, we will press the second contact, forcing the shutter to work. We solder everything and assemble the remote control.

Step 4

We will need a roll of electrical tape so that its size is equal to the diameter of the wire outlet, since our wire is quite thin.

Step 5

We build the most difficult part, which is the connector for connecting to the camera. We select the appropriate wiring diameter, glue them in the desired form. We place the contacts as we need to connect the remote control to the camera.

Step 6

We expose the insulation on one side so that the wires can be connected. We put on a thermotube on top and fill everything with glue.

Step 7

Now all the "stuffing" needs to be placed in a convenient body that fits in your hand. We glue it with glue or tape where necessary and the control panel for the camera is ready.
