Cardigans will probably always be relevant, because over the years they have become very fond of women. The cardigan emphasizes the elegance and femininity of the figure, and it is very easy to knit it yourself.
It is necessary
- - hook number 2;
- - yarn (400 - 500 grams);
- - paper;
- - scissors;
- - tape measure.
Instructions
Step 1
Choose a beautiful openwork pattern with which you will knit a cardigan. Pay attention to the complexity of its implementation, evaluate your skills.
Step 2
Take measurements to complete the pattern. You will need measurements of the waist, hips, chest, back width, shoulder, chest height and product length.
Step 3
Make a pattern according to the measurements taken. Draw the pattern on paper and cut out all the details with scissors.
Step 4
To knit the back, knit 120 stitches and another one for lifting. At a canvas height of 28 centimeters, begin to reduce the loops in order to form an armhole on both sides. Check the smoothness of the decrease of the loops along the back pattern.
Step 5
Knit a few more rows with the main (selected) pattern and at a height of 52 centimeters, finish knitting by closing all the loops.
Step 6
Start knitting the right shelf. To do this, knit 52 chain stitches and one for lifting. At the height of the canvas 28 centimeters, begin to smoothly decrease the loops, forming a cut of the neckline and an armhole for the sleeve. Check the smoothness of the decrease of the loops along the pattern of the shelf. At a height of 52 centimeters from the set row, finish knitting by closing all the loops.
Step 7
Knit the left shelf in the same way as the right one, observing the symmetry.
Step 8
Start knitting the sleeves. To do this, knit 70 stitches and one for lifting. Knit the sleeve with the main pattern according to the pattern made, observing all the decrease of the loops and the expansion of the sleeve to form an okat. At a height of 52 centimeters, finish knitting by closing all the loops.
Step 9
Knit the second sleeve in the same way as the first, observing symmetry.
Step 10
Moisten all parts of the cardigan with water, pin on the pattern and let dry to avoid shrinkage of the yarn.
Step 11
Once dry, sweep the corresponding parts along the side and shoulder seams and stitch tightly.
Step 12
Sew the sleeves and carefully (without distortions) sweep into the armholes of the product. Sew the seams tightly.
Step 13
Tie the bottom of the cardigan, the edges of the shelves and the bottom of the sleeves with a border in two or three rows. This will prevent the edges from curling up and give the finished product a finished and neat look.
