The TV series "Call of Blood" tells the story of the girl Bo, who discovers in herself supernatural powers. Trying to unravel the mystery of her origin, she learns about the existence of faeries - supernatural beings living among people.
Lost Girl, Canada's most successful fantasy and crime television series, launched in 2010 on Showcase. The series premiered in Russia in April 2011. In February 2013, the series was renewed for a fourth season. Filming is currently underway for the fifth season, which is scheduled to premiere in the fall of 2014.

In the center of the plot is a young and attractive Bo, who, unaware of her true nature, accidentally kills her first love, taking his life energy. Due to the death of the guy, she runs away from home and for 10 years wanders around different cities in search of answers, leaving behind a string of corpses, unable to control her strength.
Once again, unable to cope with his thirst, Bo kills the villain, while saving the girl's life. After learning about the extraordinary abilities of her savior, Kenzi suggests finding a way to benefit from them. Together they open a detective agency that investigates supernatural cases.
Kenzi, the same lonely wanderer as Bo, trades in theft and deception.
At the same time, with her careless murders, Bo attracts the attention of other fairies, from whom he learns that she is not the only one of her kind, that the world of fairies has existed secretly from people for several thousand years - supernatural beings with various abilities. This world lives by its strict laws, and the appearance of a newcomer, who by his actions can shake the long-established system or, even worse, attract unwanted attention of people, frightens the elders. They explain to her that there are dark and light clans, and declare the need to choose a side.
Bo refuses to join one of the clans, taking the side of the people.
Together with her best friend Kenzie and partner Dyson, she learns to control her thirst and tries to solve the riddle of her origin, as well as find her real parents.
A few words about the main characters
The gift of the main character largely determines her character. She is a succubus - a creature that feeds on erotic energy. That is why, on the one hand, she is incredibly attractive, and on the other, deadly. She needs intimate connections in order to satisfy her hunger, but her love brings death to everyone at whom she is directed. The girl is distinguished by such qualities as justice, inner strength and the desire to help.
One of the most striking characters in the series is Kenzi, a Russian swindler and a thief who has a kind heart and soul. She behaves very simply and straightforwardly with others, which is why she often finds herself in ridiculous and funny situations. Of course, the heroine brings humor to the show.
From the first episodes, the viewer gets to know Dyson - a light fairy, a werewolf. He helps Bo with everything she needs, and also gives her food for herself. Feelings arise between the characters that develop throughout the series.
