In skilled hands, even a simple sheet of paper can turn into an attractive craft. A few minutes, and your hands will be a model of a boat, a cute hat for a doll, a volumetric balloon or a pistol. Isn't it tempting to teach a sheet of paper to fly? Resolved - we make a paper model of the plane.
Instructions
Step 1
To make an airplane model, take a standard A4 sheet of paper. A little trick - it is better to choose a sheet with a glossy rather than a rough surface, this will improve the flight qualities of the airplane. An ordinary notebook paper will do as well.
Step 2
Fold the sheet of your choice in half along the long side. Use your fingers or a ruler to draw lightly along the fold line to reinforce the fold line.
Step 3
Spread out the folded sheet. Bend the two upper corners inward of the sheet, to the line of the initial fold. One part of the sheet has turned into a triangle. This triangle must now be bent inward.
Step 4
Fold the corners of the resulting rectangle again to the midline of the fold, but not close to each other, but so that a small triangle resembling a tongue remains.
Step 5
Fold this piece in the opposite direction so that it fixes the two previous bent elements. Now fold the resulting structure in half along the line of the very first fold.
Step 6
Next, you need to bend the future wings one by one. Fix the folds by running your fingers or a ruler over them. Spread the wings so that they are at right angles to the fuselage or even point slightly upward. The airplane model is ready to fly.
Step 7
Test the model in flight and, if necessary, make minimal adjustments to the design. You can make the nose of the airplane heavier if the triangle on the nose is bent inward. By bending the trailing edge of the wings, you can teach the model to perform a "loop" or enter a beautiful wide circular flight.
Step 8
If you show a little imagination, you can paint the plane in accordance with your ideas about its nationality.
Step 9
Even a junior schoolchild can make such a flying model of an airplane from paper, if desired, in a couple of minutes. The thing is cheap, but it can cause a lot of positive emotions.
